Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 19, 2026

1. Introduction

NDMA Automation is a service operated by NDMA Media. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, protected, and deleted when you use NDMA Automation and connect third-party services such as Google.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect account information you provide, such as your name, email address, company information, login information, subscription information, settings, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

3. Google Account and OAuth Data

If you choose to sign in with Google or connect a supported Google service, NDMA Automation uses Google OAuth. Depending on the feature and permissions you approve, we may receive basic profile information such as your name and verified email address, and authorization tokens needed to access the Google service you selected.

NDMA Automation only requests Google permissions needed for the feature you choose. Google authorization tokens and credentials used by the platform are handled for the purpose of providing the requested integration and are not sold.

Google API Services User Data Policy: NDMA Automation's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, where applicable.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to create and authenticate accounts, provide requested automation and publishing features, maintain integrations, process service settings, provide customer support, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

5. Social Media and Third-Party Integrations

When you connect a third-party platform, that platform may process information under its own privacy policy and terms. NDMA Automation receives only the information and permissions made available through the authorization you approve. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of connected services follows the applicable platform rules.

6. Content and Data Retention

NDMA Automation is designed to minimize retained publishing content. Where the relevant feature supports automatic cleanup, successfully published post content and uploaded media may be removed from NDMA servers after processing while limited operational records, such as status, timestamps, provider references, external post identifiers or URLs, and error information, may be retained for reporting, troubleshooting, security, and service operation.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account information and integration credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their passwords, connected accounts, and devices.

8. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information or Google user data. Information may be shared with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, with a connected platform when you request an integration action, when you direct us to share it, or when required by applicable law.

9. Disconnecting Google and Other Services

You may disconnect supported social or Google integrations through NDMA Automation where that option is available. You may also revoke NDMA Automation's Google access from your Google Account's third-party connection settings. Revocation stops future access through the revoked authorization, subject to information that must be retained for legitimate security, legal, billing, or operational purposes.

10. Data Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your NDMA Automation account by contacting NDMA Media through the official contact information on www.ndmamedia.com. We may need to verify the request before processing it. Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, or legitimate operational purposes.

11. Cookies and Sessions

NDMA Automation may use cookies or similar session technologies necessary for authentication, security, language preferences, and operation of the service.

12. Children's Privacy

NDMA Automation is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly design the service to collect personal information from children.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service, integrations, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with its updated date.

14. Contact
