2. Service Description
NDMA Automation provides tools for managing supported social media accounts, scheduling and publishing content, automation, reporting, account connections, and related digital workflow features. Available features may vary by package, platform availability, API permissions, and third-party provider requirements.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, protecting connected third-party accounts, and all authorized activity performed through your account. Notify NDMA Media if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Google and Third-Party Services
NDMA Automation may allow you to sign in with or connect services provided by Google and other platforms. Your use of those services remains subject to their respective terms, policies, API rules, permissions, quotas, and availability. Connecting an account authorizes NDMA Automation to perform only the actions covered by the permissions you approve and the features you request.
5. Customer Content
You retain responsibility for content you upload, schedule, publish, or otherwise process through NDMA Automation. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use NDMA Automation for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, spam or abusive messaging, malicious software, fraud, infringement, attempts to bypass platform limits, or activity that violates the rules of a connected provider. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or platform integrations.
7. Plans, Payments, and Feature Availability
Certain features may require a paid package or approved third-party API access. Package features, limits, and pricing are those presented by NDMA Media at the time of purchase or renewal. Third-party providers may change their APIs, permissions, quotas, pricing, or review requirements independently of NDMA Media.
8. Availability and Changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed. We may maintain, update, secure, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. A third-party platform may also interrupt or remove an integration outside NDMA Media's control.
9. Data and Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the NDMA Automation Privacy Policy. By using connected services, you also acknowledge the privacy practices of those third-party providers.
10. Suspension and Termination
Users may stop using the service at any time. NDMA Media may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms, security threats, unlawful use, abuse of the platform, or where required to protect the service or comply with applicable obligations.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation
NDMA Automation is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NDMA Media is not responsible for outages, restrictions, rejected posts, account actions, data changes, or other failures caused by third-party platforms, internet providers, customer configuration, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as NDMA Automation, third-party integrations, or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with its updated date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
